Terms of Service

HERO Health, operated by Success Connection Co., Ltd., provides international patient-care and travel coordination. By requesting or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

Coordination, not medical care

HERO Health is not the hospital or medical provider. Diagnosis, lens selection, treatment, surgery, prescriptions, fitness to travel and clinical outcomes remain the responsibility of the treating ophthalmologist and hospital.

Prices and eligibility

Advertised cataract packages include a foldable monofocal (single-distance) lens for one eye. Multifocal or multi-distance lenses are not included and may be offered only after medical assessment at an additional price. Both-eye treatment and timing are subject to medical suitability and hospital scheduling.

Bookings

A request or payment does not guarantee a particular procedure date, doctor, lens or same-day surgery. A booking is confirmed only when HERO Health communicates confirmation. You must provide accurate information and promptly disclose relevant medical and travel circumstances.

Third-party services

Hospitals, clinicians, hotels, airlines, transfer providers and payment processors are independent providers. Their own terms may apply. HERO Health is not responsible for events outside its reasonable control.

Travel

You are responsible for passports, visas, insurance, airfare and compliance with travel advice unless expressly included in a written quotation. Follow the treating ophthalmologist’s advice about flying and recovery.
