We use your information to respond to enquiries, coordinate requested appointments and travel support, prepare quotations, process payments, provide customer service and meet legal, accounting and safety obligations.

Medical information

When necessary to arrange requested care, information may be shared with the treating hospital, ophthalmologist or another service provider involved in your journey. HERO Health does not make clinical decisions.

Payments and service providers

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We may also use hosting, communications, analytics and transport providers. They process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for coordination, recordkeeping, dispute resolution and legal compliance, and use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information.
